You can get a full refund for an incomplete application.

We can consider a partial return of funds back to your Bank/Card contingent upon the stage that your application is at. We incur a fees from the Government Department, Vendor and Payment Gateway that is not refundable for us, this fixed cost cannot be refunded if your application has already been lodged with the Government department.

Government Levy can't be returned once the application has been formally lodged on the relevant immigration authority site, no matter what the result of your eVisa application.

We don't give immigration counsel, migration advise to the migrants.
